Powhiri
Recently we held Powhiri to welcome two new staff members, Junior our Kaiawhina, Support and Advocacy Assistant, who has been unofficially here for a few months, and Lisa our Kaiarahi Haua, Whanau Haua Navigator who has just started with us.
We also welcome two Tauira from Te Wananga o Aotearoa, Ngaio & Rawinia, who are both pursuing the Ngā Poutoko Whakarara Oranga Bachelor of Bicultural Social Work, will be completing their three month external placement with us.
If you see them around, please say Kia Ora and they are happy to have a korero.
Vote 2026 - Enrol Now
Kia ora Koutou, if you were not already aware, voting for the next elections is on Saturday 7 November. HOWEVER, if you are NOT ALREADY enrolled on the Maori roll, the cut off is midnight on the 6th August. Enroll now Whanau if not already.
